LEYSER ships internationally using trusted, fully tracked carriers. All jewellery and gemstones are carefully packaged and insured for their journey.

Shipping arrangements may vary depending on the destination, value and nature of the piece. We will confirm the delivery method and estimated timeframe with you before dispatch.

International shipments may be subject to local customs duties, taxes or import charges. These are determined by the destination country and, unless otherwise agreed, remain the responsibility of the recipient.

For particularly valuable or exceptional pieces, we may recommend alternative delivery arrangements or personal collection.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be entirely comfortable with your purchase.

Eligible pieces purchased from LEYSER may be returned or exchanged provided they are unworn, undamaged and returned with all original packaging, documentation and gemstone certificates.

Please contact us before returning any piece so that we can provide the appropriate shipping and insurance instructions. For security reasons, returns should not be sent without our prior confirmation.

Bespoke, personalised, resized or specially commissioned pieces are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed.

Any applicable shipping, customs or payment-processing costs will be discussed with you before the return is arranged.
