Shipping Terms & Rates
We do our best to ship internationally even at times of global uncertainty, however the current postal terms depend on each country and are subject to change unexpectedly. Therefore, we at Leyser Ltd take no responsibility for any transit delays and additional fees that may be applied by each country’s customs services. To ensure the security of your items, all orders are delivered via FedEx. Please notify us prior to the shipment if you’d like express delivery at an additional fee.
Exchange and Returns
Any other item purchased from Leyser Ltd is exchangeable and returnable within 3 days upon receiving in case it remains in perfect condition, unused and unworn, and that all the documents accompanying the original parcel (e.g. certificates) be kept and submitted. To avoid any inconveniences with customs and extra charges please send us an email before shipping back the item. Please do not ship back anything without our written confirmation. Handling charges may vary based on the area of delivery. Outbound shipping fees and payment system commission charged from us may be applied to you. We highly recommend shipping the returned item by FedEx for tracking convenience and requesting adequate insurance to cover the purchase price. In some instances, it is possible that you return an item to us with 100% refund and no charges at all. We are always open to discuss each case with you and see how we can leave you content.
