Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the LEYSER website and to purchases made from LEYSER, including jewellery, gemstones and bespoke commissions.
By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
1. About LEYSER
This website is operated by Leyser Ltd.
LEYSER specialises in fine coloured gemstones, bespoke jewellery and individually crafted pieces.
For questions regarding these Terms & Conditions, an order or a commission, please contact us at:
Email: sales@leyser.jewelry

2. Products & Gemstones
Many LEYSER pieces are unique or produced in very limited numbers. Availability is therefore subject to confirmation.
We take considerable care to describe and photograph our jewellery and gemstones accurately. However, coloured gemstones are natural materials and may display variations in colour, inclusions, structure and appearance.
Colours may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device on which they are viewed.
Carat weights, dimensions and other specifications are stated as accurately as reasonably possible. Minor variations may occur, particularly in individually made or hand-finished pieces.
Where independent gemstone certificates or reports accompany a piece, these will be identified in the relevant description or documentation.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website and may be changed without notice before an order has been accepted.
Depending on the destination and circumstances of the sale, additional taxes, customs duties, import charges or other fees may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, such charges are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient.
For bespoke commissions, prices are agreed individually before work begins.
4. Orders
Submitting an order through our website does not necessarily constitute our acceptance of that order.
An order is accepted once we have confirmed it and, where applicable, received the required payment.
As many of our pieces are unique, an item may occasionally become unavailable before an online order has been processed. In this event, we will contact you promptly and refund any payment already received.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment difficulties or legal or regulatory requirements.
5. Payment
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods agreed or offered at the time of purchase.
For high-value purchases, we may request payment by bank transfer or carry out additional verification before accepting or dispatching an order.
Ownership of a piece remains with LEYSER until payment has been received in full.
6. Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke jewellery is created specifically for an individual client.
Before work begins, we will normally agree the principal elements of the commission, including the gemstone, design, materials, approximate delivery timeframe and price.
A deposit or advance payment may be required.
Because bespoke, personalised, engraved, resized or specially commissioned pieces are created or altered specifically for the client, they generally cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once work has begun, except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed otherwise.
Natural gemstones may contain individual characteristics and variations. These are part of the nature of the material and do not in themselves constitute defects.
7. Shipping & Delivery
LEYSER ships internationally using trusted carriers and appropriate insurance arrangements.
Delivery methods and estimated timeframes depend on the destination, value and nature of the piece.
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, duties, taxes or import charges imposed by the destination country.
For particularly valuable or exceptional pieces, we may recommend alternative delivery arrangements or personal collection.
Further information is available in our Shipping & Returns Policy.
8. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy and any mandatory rights available to you under applicable law.
Eligible pieces must generally be returned unworn, undamaged and with their original packaging, documentation and gemstone certificates.
Please contact LEYSER before returning any piece so that appropriate shipping and insurance arrangements can be made.
Bespoke, personalised, engraved, resized or specially commissioned pieces are generally excluded from return or exchange, subject always to applicable law.
9. Repairs & After-Sales Service
Fine jewellery requires appropriate care.
LEYSER is pleased to advise clients regarding maintenance, cleaning, resizing and repairs.
Damage resulting from accident, inappropriate use, normal wear, alteration by a third party or failure to care appropriately for a piece is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Please contact us before sending jewellery to LEYSER for inspection or repair.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including photographs, designs, drawings, text, graphics, logos and jewellery designs—is owned by or licensed to LEYSER unless otherwise indicated.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LEYSER will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products.
Our liability in relation to any product does not affect statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
15. Governing Law

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom, except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business or legal obligations.
The version published on this website at the time of your order will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
