At the centre of this necklace is a 13.87 ct cushion-cut peridot, measuring 16.3 × 13.4 mm — a substantial stone defined by its vivid, fresh green.
Four baguette-cut Mandarin garnets, totalling 1.50 ct, introduce a precise contrast of orange. Set in 18k rose gold, the pendant is suspended from a passementerie cord, giving the piece an ease that contrasts with the scale and intensity of the gemstones.
The composition is deliberately simple: peridot green, Mandarin orange and rose gold, held on a textile thread that allows the stones to do the work.
