Twenty-nine Paraíba tourmaline cabochons form the centre of this platinum collier, together weighing 49.23 ct.
Rather than relying on a single exceptional stone, the piece is built around a collection. Each Paraíba was selected for its place within the composition — balancing colour, shape, scale and character across the neck while allowing the individual stones to remain distinct.
Between them, 46 brilliant-cut D/VS diamonds totalling 2.75 ct introduce points of light and rhythm. The substantial 950 platinum construction, weighing 99.15 g, gives structure to the composition while allowing the Paraíba colour to remain dominant.
The challenge is not simply finding one remarkable Paraíba. It is finding twenty-nine that belong together.
